The daily hike is led by Ian Flooks. The morning hike follows the first yoga class and is enjoyed in silence. This gives everyone a chance to maintain the meditative quality of the morning’s yoga practice and to connect to the beauty of their natural surroundings.
A second, optional walk is held in the afternoon. Otherwise, the afternoon can be spent relaxing by the pool, or enjoying a massage.
Both these hikes follow trails through the stunning Tuscan countryside. The hikes are vigorous and energising but suitable for all levels of fitness.
